Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LADS TV platform and website (the "Service"), operated by LADS TV UG (haftungsbeschränkt), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LADS TV is a hyperlocal digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplace that connects advertisers with independent screen owners. Advertisers may book time slots on enrolled screens; screen owners may monetise displays by accepting campaign bookings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ladstv.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Advertiser Obligations

• Creative assets must comply with applicable advertising standards and law.
• You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing.
• Slot purchases are final once a campaign is scheduled, except where we determine a delivery failure attributable to the platform.
• We may reject or remove creative that breaches these terms or applicable law.

6. Screen Owner Obligations

• You warrant that you have the right to display advertising on your screen(s).
• You must keep the player online and operational during booked slots where reasonably possible.
• Proof-of-play data is recorded automatically; raise disputes promptly via support.
• Platform fees are as disclosed in your owner agreement or in-product pricing.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Advertisers are charged according to the booking flow. Screen owners are paid according to the payout schedule shown in the product. Refunds are issued where we determine a booked slot was not delivered due to platform error.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform software, design, and brand assets are owned by LADS TV UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You retain ownership of creative you upload and grant us a licence to display it on enrolled screens to fulfil bookings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an account subject to outstanding bookings and payment obligations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts competent for the registered seat of LADS TV UG (haftungsbeschränkt), unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
